After spending 12 years in the corporate world, Archana found herself struggling with anxiety and depression, which led her to discover the healing powers of yoga and wellness. This personal transformation sparked a passion to help others, and she has since dedicated her life to sharing the tools and techniques that helped her find happiness, health, and inner peace.

As an engineer and Executive MBA holder, Archana's unique blend of corporate experience and wellness expertise (Certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist) has equipped her to understand the challenges of modern living and provide practical solutions for managing stress, lifestyle disorders, and mental wellness.
